We hope you have as much fun planning your wedding as the wedding day will be! The Rolling Pin Bakery has been providing incredible wedding cakes and desserts on Long Island for over 20 years. We have assembled and trained a top-notch team of confectionary wizards who will help transform your vision into a stunning reality. Cakes are entirely custom crafted to the couple’s specifications. Elements of a bride’s dress, facets of family heritage, ceremony details, or cultural/ethnic customs can be incorporated into the cake design. Using an exceptional selection of fresh fillings and sponge cakes, all of our cakes and pastries are made from scratch right on the premises. Our fleet of 5 refrigerated trucks cover all of Long Island, from Manhattan to the Hamptons, ensuring that your cake arrives in pristine condition, even on the hottest summer day. The Rolling Pin was also the first to offer a complementary one year anniversary cake. This cake will be an identical replica of the top tier of your wedding cake, sure to evoke delightful memories of the most incredible day of your lives.

Fresh fruit and seasonal berries are subject to market price. Special request may be accommodated including cake flavors and filling choices.

Wedding Cake Upgrades

To place an order for your wedding cake, we offer several options

  1. For couples that have chosen a venue where there is an in-house Rolling Pin Wedding album, you may choose a cake from the album and place the order directly with your banquet sales liaison.
  2. Some caterers will have you come to the bakery for a design session. This meeting should take place about four to six weeks before your wedding. We schedule appointments on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. You may also have the option of searching online or through magazines for alternative ideas (please keep in mind upgrade charges may apply in certain occasions)
  3. Another option is to send us some basic information, including the date and location of your affair, the approximate number of guests and attach photos of cakes you are interested in, send us an email at info@rollingpinbakery.com. The order can be completed entirely through email, which is especially convenient for couples who live out of town or are especially busy with their wedding preparations!
